Legal Overview Summary
This document is the official Evermore user agreement regulating your use of the platform, multi-currency wallet processing, and earnings. By completing your Evermore registration, you confirm your compliance with our regional compliance mandates, platform rules, and operational guidelines.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Evermore, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all guidelines, protocols, and operational boundaries, please do not use the platform or initialize any activation.
2. Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement under localized regional laws to use Evermore and participate in its earning opportunities — rating EverAI responses, correcting EverAI's memory, completing opinion and survey tasks, and accessing eligible remote work.
3. Accounts & Activation Framework
Members must register an account and activate the Evermore Premium Subscription — ₦15,000 (≈ $10) for 1 year / 12 months — to unlock core earning structures. Activation payments are processed through our secure Squad checkout and are reviewed and approved by our team. You are fully and solely responsible for keeping your Evermore login credentials private and shielded from third parties.
4. Earnings & EverAI Task Rewards
All platform balances are generated transparently through EverAI task work — rating EverAI responses, correcting EverAI's memory, opinion and survey tasks, audio transcription, AI content rating and click n earn — with combined earning potential up to $19.2/hr. Reward distribution limits, daily velocity caps, and values are strictly subject to platform rules and task verification. Earned rewards are paid three times a week.
5. Multi-Currency Withdrawals
Members may route and withdraw eligible, settled earnings into their preferred regional currency — NGN, USD, GHS, KES, XAF or EUR. All outbound settlement procedures remain subject to profile verification milestones, fraud audits, and structural minimum withdrawal thresholds set by the administration.
6. Prohibited Conduct & Network Abuse
System manipulation, registration fraud, identity impersonation, multiple-account exploits, spamming unofficial distribution endpoints, and any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of accrued balances, and a permanent ban from our network.
7. Systematic Updates & Changes
Evermore retains the exclusive right to update, modify, or rewrite these operational terms from time to time to ensure ongoing security and compliance. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes your full acceptance of the revised agreement terms.
